He was, but the Bears play this week and also Packers week, think he would have been back if not yesterday, today and Spiegel is making some interesting comments.

Maybe last week was fishing. According to the board, Spiegel has been giving cryptic indications that something is going on for this week's absence.

He was supposed to be back on Monday. Porky posted on twitter yesterday that it was up to Mac to say something about what was going on.

Spiegs said something cryptic at the end of transition yesterday. Something about Terry getting used to saying the two favorite words in show business during the 1-1:20 transition rather than the usual 5:45 time.

I would say that's not too cryptic. Mac is gone! I bet he's retiring which would be a mistake. He will never again have the opportunity to get paid whatever he get's paid now. He should have eeked out a few more years. Hell,that's what Boers has been doing for the last 6-7 years.

I'm just one voice and correct me if I'm wrong because I have no frame of reference. I watched some of the video from the studio a couple of weeks ago and found Danny Mac's seemingly total discomfort while doing his show very troubling. He seemed very nervous and jumpy, I found it odd watching him at a job he has done for years. Like I said, I have no idea if that was normal for Danny, it's just an outsiders uninformed opinion. I hope that he is okay, I've been a fan since the heyday of
" The Heavy-Fuel Crew ".

Well,I too hope everything is OK. I used to talk to him when I called in to the only show in town,Coppock on Sports.
