I actually think 2 boards might have been a good idea, if it was executed with some thought. (Ill never understand why any of the Dont tell these guys posts were made and kept public)

in a great bit of irony, i'm sure KS and the other ringleaders are going to find out that moderating a message board with a wide range of personalities and quirks can be difficult.

they clearly seem to think that their utopia will police itself and that there would never be a need for it

but now we are hearing about posts being deleted and other such activities

i think it will only be a matter of time before there is a backlash from the KS supporters there as I think he has other ideas

Also, Keeping Score did send his email address thru Peeps and asked me to email him to "settle our differences"

I dont think we have differences (we just like different things) and I didnt email him because it felt like I was being asked to try out or audition for a message board.


I still think pretty much everyone on both boards are good people for the most part

From what I've read, I haven't seen any sniping on the other place. Today I've just seen a bunch of "Sorry" and "Don't taalk about people who aren't here to defend themselves" posts. So Nas, while making some decent points yesterday, is exaggerating and (successfully) trollin up a storm. It's entertaining, I admit. But I've stopped taking ot seriously at this point. Everyone can see whats going on now for themselves.

Calling people out by name was a bad move. Those guys seem to get that and have said as much.

Hopefully New Day Part 2 tomorrow will be the shift bigfan was seemingly looking for with this thread.

I couldn't care less what he does NOW. Doing the right thing when no one is watching is the sign of someone with good character. Whatever he does from this point doesn't erase how he was eager to stab friends in the back for a message board and for a guy (Keeping Score) who doesn't get 2 fucks about him. Kid is only a means to an end for KS. When he's done with him he'll toss him aside.

The whole idea of even having to stand for approval is repugnant. I have always been for open flow of discussion here. No bans. No censoring. Say what you want and the market will take care of you one way or another. I rarely even use private messages.

i can understand the seemingly benign reasons why Kid and some of the others may have wanted a 2nd board
but I don't think Keeping Score is doing it for any of those reasons...bottom line he's just being an asshole, trying to stir up shit, splinter and fracture the board
it pains me to say this but perhaps he is just smarter than those others, albeit in a cruel and conniving sort of way

If you walk in your house and catch me robbing you blind, will you really believe me when I apologize? I imagine you would believe I'm apologizing just to save my ass. Any apologies from them are as empty as that type of apology would be. We read the posts.
