Not enough wire left in the world to mend all the fences Kid would need to. He can do what he wants but I don't know how he would ever be taken seriously ( after all, message boarding is serious stuff) around here if he came back.

People make mistakes. He did make that now deleted post admitting he deserves the grief he was getting. He seems to be the only person with any real remorse about any of it.

He made the post after he was exposed--which is what he really seemed to be sorry about. Before that, he was gleefully setting up an invitation-only site where, according to him, 85-90% of the CSFMB would not be welcome. This wasn't some rash "error in judgment" either. He consistently articulated his dislike of the CSFMB over a two-week period.

How can you be sure? My personal encounters with him have been pleasant. Based on that and based on what he appeared to be on the message board I thought he was a good guy. After what we all have seen him do and not do to people he called friends outside of the board I'm not sure anyone can accurately call him a great guy. If a man is willing to cross his friends or not stand up for them over a message board then that leads me to believe there is nothing that man won't do. I couldn't trust a guy like that and I would find it extremely hard to call him a friend. There are a lot of character issues.

I should note, however, that I, too, look forward to OKC's return, which I'm quite sure will take place by year's end. Despite his histrionics expressing otherwise, the little fella simply can't stay away.

With all due respect that post was bullshit. That was a "sorry you caught me" apology. It doesn't take 3 weeks to realize not standing up for a guy you want in your wedding and excluding a bunch of people who you're friends enough with to stay at their homes. I didn't buy that apology at all and neither should you.
