It's all a matter of patience. You hear about guys like Almora, Soler, Baez, Edwards and Bryant and yet they are not yet at the major league level, so they are suspects as much as prospects. But with all the good young players they have traded for, drafted and signed (international) already, it won't be too much longer. By the way, Reteria will be the next Manager.

Drinky is an idiot. He was completely on board with Bernsy n his "Girardi sources", then after Girardi signed he said he knew all along Girardi was never coming to the Cubs. Drinky has no sources and claims hes known its Renteria since October 10th (clearly he is guessing). There are a lot of Cubs bloggers who are really good at what they do and probably laugh at Drinky trying to break news with absolutely no information to back his statement. Its clear the Cubs want Lovullo and i hope they do sign him so Drinky can move onto blogging about the Chicago Fire or something.

I just saw Danny Knobler and Jon Heyman wrote 22 hours ago Renteria was the favorite and a decision will be made Thursday, then 6 hours later Drinky says Renteria will be the next manager. It all makes sense now, he has no sources he just guesses based off of what the big shots write.

Probably paying him next to nothing (relatively speaking).
