No way. I find it hard to beleive that Pappy would have let a 250 pound waitress have a chance to be the "best in the business" if she would have taken Pappy's table instead of Jen Jen.

Her job is to get guests on the show. She does a poor job of it. She takes what the PR frims send her and what the stringers set up.

She is very busy putting together her weather girl tapes and other demos.

Never would blame her for taking the job, but she still gets Mike his coffee everyday, I guess that is big time producing.

Mike has made the job of Producer one that an intern is capable of doing, which is a reflection of his show. Everything is simplified and in turn presents nothing well planned that is interesting.

Everything is reliant upon Mike going off on a tangent and making outrageously dumb statements.

I'll never blame Pappy's producer for the show being bad. Pappy is the only reason the show is bad. So what the hell. Might as well be Jen.

But Jen Jen proves that job is easy. Or at least easy for Pappy's show since he just turns the mic on and spews bullshit for 4 hours.

Hell, Jen is the news girl now. That was a job that Annie did for 100k right? Buchman got paid 80k to be producer right? So how hard could each job be if she can do both?

Does that mean Jen Jen gets 180k?

It just shows how Mitch gets rolled over and really doesn't manage anything. He pays an idiot 1.5 million and gives him control of the hires. He lets him have his Gibson waitress as executive producer and news lady.

Once again Jen should take whatever Pappy throws her way. Who wouldn't? But it shows what a joke this million dollar morning show operation is.

Everything is just thrown together each day and no creativeness or research is done to make the show professional.

I don't think Jen or Rock really have to do much. If I'm wrong, I hope they tell me. The show is hardly flashy in any way, and most of the ideas for the show are probably things Mike came up with (rants, fred's movie review, etc).

No. They really don't do anything. It's just party time for Team Pappy every day.

Pappy doesn't prepare. He doesn't ask his producers to prepare anything. It's just 4 hours of bullshit. Then they all go out for drinks.
