Im sorry, but if every comment you make for six years is negative, then Im gonna assume bias.
Example 1 of you reading and choosing what you want to see. I've shown you specific things I've said that are positive about the Cubs.

I mean, I think JORR has a bias against the Cubs and would admit it. But Ive seen him give credit where its due and rip his own team as well. The same can be said of dolphin.
Example 3 of you reading and choosing what you want to see. I've ripped the Sox plenty.

If I "hate the Cubs" then you "hate my posts about the Cubs".

No, I see that you said they are popular and you rooted for them.

That is not giving them credit. And if that IS the most positive thing you've said about them in six years (and dont give me the I dont remember thing. You cant think of one move you thought was good? Really?) then, yeah, Id call that bias.

And you DO NOT rip the Sox plenty

I don't normally talk about individual baseball moves very much unless they are immediately relevant like the Peavy deal was. I don't think I've said anything about any individual move Theo has made either positive or negative.

Clearly, he's done a good job getting prospects for players that weren't going to be here anyways.

Except that the Pirates just had their first winning season since 1992, and the Royals haven't played in a post season game since the Bears last won the Super Bowl.

30 and 21 is a lot longer than 5 years.

I have mentioned this multiple times. It's going to be interesting if the Cubs are real bad again this year and Theo starts flipping again. I think he will be ripped by the fans and the press in year 3.

Yep. It might be a really smart plan but it is far from a guarantee.

I used to really look forward to Hot Stove baseball season but now it's just depressing....I know I am down with this whole plan but I am really bored by it. The best part of being a Cubs fan was at least talking the team up in the spring before you got to June and realized it was a pile of dog shit being trotted out there. Now the 2014 Cubs season is over by Thanksgiving 2013.

+1

Mr. McCracken,
I feel the exact same way. Well said!
