For such an intelligent guy that Bernstein tries to play he has a tough time understanding valid points by callers.

That's a good example of why they can't complain about bad callers when they actively discourage good callers from picking up the phone. Rather than admit the guy made a good point Dan either pretends he doesn't understand, misstates the caller's point, or nitpicks something unrelated to change the subject.

oh yes he did it. talking about the bears. terry was sayin erik kramers offense wasnt "remotely as good" as the one we have today. dan kept arguing that, saying "i was at every game that year, in 95, i have seen with my own eyes....". then he would go on "i dont mean to say they were better then this years, but you said "remotely as good" and they were". terry just sits there thinking "i know i aint a prostitute, but i cant feel any worse about my paycheck".
