That penalty during the McCown sack was bad. I feel sorry for the Rams - if that's a penalty, then every legal tackle in the chest area is a penalty.

By the way, the Rams' D is better than average, but the Bears' repeated failures to convert goal-line opportunities into TDs is making St. Louis look like the 2000 Ravens.
