I think it's Rongey because he seemingly does it in all aspects of life. Ive seen him argue music that way and he is prone to the "look at how stupid these people are and consider how smart I am by comparison" facebook posts.

When he was on with Rozner it was always "Yeah, I think that might be right' or "Hmmm, let me think about it". His lack of knowledge might easily be traced back to youth and just not watching anything, as I do understand it is very hard for anyone who didnt see the 85 Bears play to understand how damn awesome that team was.
