reminds me of a concert about a decade ago. it was in december, and they did a promo that if you bring a toy you can in for free. i never felt weirder in my entire life. when we tried to pay with toys the door man just stared at us. i thought we were doing something good, it was plastered all over tv and radio for weeks about the promo... the guy had to ask someone else that confirmed it was ok. the box they put the toys in was completely empty. ill never listen to any ad again. if i ever go into sports clips, there is no way in hell im mentioning the score. or if i ever go get a mortgage, theres no way in hell im calling towne stone.

Yes, most at the Score mimic Bernstein, and although Bernstein is a huge hypocrite, at least he is original and has some credibility.

When I hear Laurence or Drinky or Spiegel trying to "go Bernstein", I'm embarrassed for them. Their insecurity is so obvious, it literally makes me uncomfortable with embarrassment on their behalf.

By the way. At the beginning of today's atrocity Larry made the term "Black Hole" about race. I thought he had to be kidding but he wasn't. He feels that referring to a ball hog as a 'black hole" bothers him.

He also engaged me in a text message argument about the "Film Room" segment. I said it was worse than any of the horrible radio Murph forced upon us during middays. Took him to 8, and made him fantasize about fighting me. He must have calmed himself with a life altering baked good from Hyde Park. He dismissed my opinion as irrelevant, and said I don't understand "intelligent radio."
