For those of you who have not read my old stories of this guy, he is truley the devil in a suit!, constant evil and plots to destroy others lives for his gain. Thats it. He has no hobbies, no friends, no past times, nothing. Doesnt watch TV , use a computer, etc. Rarely takes phone calls, etc etc. Evil in its worst form.

So I get an email from an old employee I havent talked to in 12+ years. Sends me a copy of a lawsuit.

Quick History- Old Boss took pension fund and bought some land with it. 85% of pension is him and his wife. he is the trustee.

Over time, a few employees wanted pension money. He always said it was tied up in Land deal. Eventually enough of them got together, filed suit for money.

Judge and some government departments find him in violation of a number of things.

Judge orders him to sell the land and disburse the money.

He of course doesnt sell the land and figures he can offer them the cash equivalant of the lands fair value. Which is about $5M.

So he gets an offer for $4M from a Government agency for the land and at the same time sends the pensioned employees a letter saying he will give them their % of the plan based on his fair market value of the land for $2M. So he has an offer for $4M and he tells his old employees it is worth $2M????

Judges, Lawyers, etc on other side find out about his actions and drag his ass back into court. Judge removes him as trustee, fines him and has a audit done of all his books. Where they find he has been using cash funds from the pension account to pay partial expenses of legal fees, office supplies, salaries, etc. So they are going to need another $400K from him to reimburse the fund.

Of course he appeals every ruling multiple times over 5 years and loses every appeal. Which he uses pension funds for. Judges orders audits at a clip of $25K each time because each appeal he files he uses pension cash! LOL so in other words, every appeal will cost him $25K. He does 2 of them anyways.

In the end, private developer buys land and builds small strip center and the fund of which he owned about 85% with his wife go about 40% as Judge offered him jail time or a large fine.

So instead of he and the wife getting a windfall of about $3.5 M, they got about $1M between the 2 of them and the rest went as a windfall to ex employees. All of this over about a 7 year period.

Maybe the only time I have seen justice prevail or good prevail in anything this guy was ever involved in.

If somebody owed me a big wad of cash,they would never make it to court.

Let me drop another....might have told this one, but its an everyday thing with this guy.

Get a proposal from Landscaper.

$4000 to plant everything, no warranty. Says in proposal, watering must be done everyday or plants will die.
$5000 to plant and water everyday for 60 days, warranty for 60 days.

Boss takes $4000, even though we dont have someone there everyday to water.

I bring proposal back to Landscaper. I know this is going to end bad.

Pay him $2000, plants are in.

We dont water them, they die.

Boss refuses to pay other $2000

Small claims court 3 months later.

Boss loses case ordered to pay.

2 nights later, Boss tells me someone did a Lawn job on his house, wants me to call same Landscaper for an estimate! lol. he is serious!

I call Landscaper to just say I did it. Landscaper laughs hysterically says "Tell that fat fuck to shove it up his ass!"...I told him he wasnt interested

Old Boss tried to intimidate everyone who worked for him with yelling, red faced, storming into offices, slamming doors, getting right in your face.

He did it to me once.

I stood up and explained to him, next time he comes running at me, screaming within inches of my face, I will knock his ass out as I am considering it a physical threat.

As he is a total pussy, he sat down and started cooling off with a "You're right, thats not right of me...blah blah"

Never yelled at me again, took it out on everyone else.

before I worked there.

Sheriffs office showed up to take all the computers for some unpaid bills. He locked himself in his office and called his attorney while Sheriffs unplugged everything and took it.

He calls one of the employees, tells him to start videotaping it. So I saw the tape of the Sheriffs pounding on his office door saying they need to get the equipment from his office.

Eventually they broke the door down while he is talking to his attorney, acts like he doesnt even see them

Old Boss always parked on the far end of the parking lot? His car wasnt that nice, so wasnt like he was making sure his car wasnt scratched.

Then I found out he does it so he can see his car from his office as someone once added some dog shit to the handles, wipers, windows, etc,
