dammit, i guess my policy lapsed. i was paying $43/month for my rusty old ford. now $58!!

all the insurance companies in wisconsin show the same rate too. i wonder if rates went up across the board for 2014, or are they just tagging me for letting my old policy expire?

whatever. i hate car insurance. havent used it in 10 years. I would have spent nearly $6,000 in that time just on basic premiums!! thats more then i paid for the damn truck! lucky i drove without insurance for 6 years straight back in illinois! fuck you fibs!

When the government starts paying for your car insurance too, then I guess you will be happy to have it.

Free car insurance should be in the Bill of Rights, if it is not there already.

Right after free cell phones.

1) Shop around. They raise your rates because they think most people are too lazy to look around. Geico acts like they are saving you money but after a few years they creep up. At least that is my experience.

2) Don't pay your girlfriend's insurance. Make her get her own.

i think the $15 jump per month has more to do with letting my old policy expire more then 30 days. I SWORE it was expired on the 30th of december, but it was the 29th of november i guess. i drove a month with no insurance.

i have nationwide now. theyre on my side. they claim to not have shareholders... just one guy raking in all the cash i guess :P

Too bad there isn't a passage in the Bible about Car Insurance. Then Seacrest would me more than willing to help.

That is an awful lot of money. Have you talked to anyone about lowering the cost?

I pay just over $700 for three cars with Country Companies. I've been with them for over 20 years. I probably should shop around. I'm lazy, though.

That doesn't seem to high. Especially if the teenagers are boys.

I own all three cars. So, only liability and medical.

I'm assuming full coverage. Considering the number of cars and the age of them I would expect a discount. Especially if he has other lines of insurance.

That makes more sense. But I wouldn't do full coverage on the Silverado, Alero or LeSabre.

So that's why the Joos don't eat pork.

Thanks for pointing that out too.

Happy New Year Z.
