I've long wondered why there weren't multiple underground levels beneath the playing surface- like Grant Park underground you could have a whole complex there, parking for players, storage, offices, etc. You own the real estate already.

I know, logistics of tearing it all up then replacing the field would be crazy, but possible. You could even have the access from across the street in some of the other properties they own.

Basically, they whole triangle property and the cubs side of the park is being dug up sections. Part of that is for the Clubhouse and others are for the future developments. Pylons.
