about 6 months ago i was in Lakeview, on Broadway just south of Belmont....i was parked on the street (legally) and there was a guy behind me parked in a loading zone. he was sitting in the car with his hazard lights on , reading a paper or something- guessing he was waiting for someone

i come back to my car and there's a cop pulled right behind the guy writing him a ticket...the guy didn't even look up from his paper until after the cop slapped a ticket on his windshield and left. i thought it was pretty funny he was so oblivious for one...and second hey i've done that shit before too, i guess you assume the cop will just tell you to move if you're sitting there with the car running, but this cop apparently just started writing the ticket anyway
