I've heard several people (one of whom was on the Loop this morning), after insinuating that anyone critical of Sherman is a racist, follow that up with "...and for people saying Sherman should have acted with more class, what defines class anyway? Sherman is from Compton..."

Which to me sounds an awful lot like "What do you expect from a black guy from Compton? You know how those people are."

Also, people really need to stop referencing the crudest, most vile comment they can find on Twitter as "evidence" to support their point of view.

Not at all. She looked like a streetwalker at the end of a shift. I get that she is trying to cover up her fivehead but there has to be a better method.

We have been provided multiple reasons why Sherman reacted that way toward Crabtree. IMO he was an asshole for what he did to Skip but not for what he did to Crabtree. We ask players to back up their talk all the time and he does.

This is true. No one shuts him up though. That's why I personally give him a pass for what he does on the field. If you are a wrestling fan (I'm not) you should love him. He acts like one of those guys publicly. He loves to be the villain.

Was it Rob Hart? He's on the Loop in the morning and he's on the Bernstein tree. Unofficially, I mean, because he never worked at WSCR and IT'S NOT DAN'S JOB TO HELP PEOPLE IN THIS BUSINESS, but I listened to the Loop a fair bit over the summer and the guy drops B&B references a LOT.

It was Rob Hart. But IMHO, John Czahor, who is also on the show, does the Bernstein schtick (unfounded accusations of racism, seems more concerned about what "dumb fans" think about the outcome of a game more than the outcome itself, etc.) more than Hart does. A few months ago an emailer or texter called him on it, he got pretty flustered, and revealed that he used to be an intern for B&B and was probably "influenced" by their style.

Last week Czahor was sick for a few days and I enjoyed the show more when it was just Maxwell and Rob. Czahor sounds too much like the gaggle of Bernstein clones running around and bumping into each other in the boyquarium at WSCR.

Didn't Rongey once want to punch John Czahor?

But man, how fucking bananas is it that the whole Bernstein Paradigm has gotten so pervasive that it's even spread all the way through the Score and into the station that plays Foreigner songs all day???

I'm not bothered by Sherman. Do we need more platitudes, cliches, and robotic answers from athletes? I don't get why people expect pro football players, or any athletes for that matter, to exhibit class. This is professional wrestling with pads and helmets.

Did they really need to still have the score up at that point? Wasn't it obvious which team had won?
