B&B have spent hours upon hours suggesting that there was a Cub culture that had prevented winning, and somehow Epstein along with Julian Green and whatever other Really Smart Guys or Guys With Flavor were going to put an end to that culture. Regarding "Clark,The Cub". When the story broke,my first thought was: "That's nice,something for the kids." It still is my primary thought. I do not rip the Cubs on every move!

People didn't want to pay major-league prices for a minor-league experience on the south side last year, and all four of the show's principals screamed their heads off at how awful the fans were. Of course, to call the White Sox a minor-league experience would be a compliment, because teams in the minor leagues tend not to shit all over their paying customers.

I don't mind that as a category, but it should be winning percentage. And the sample for a single season is small. But I would be willing to go best 2 out of 3 on ERA+, K/BB ratio, WAR and if a guy has a losing record he automatically loses. There should also be an innings minimum.

i say you move the goalposts closer together for XP only (they can engineer a moveable goal post system)... as for how close, i'm not sure. I'd want them close enough that kickers are only making 75% of the extra points... would lead to missed extra points and more 2 pt conversion plays to make up the missed XP

Maybe it wasn't Belichick's plan but I like the idea of making it a 40-yard extra-point or doing the 2-point. I feel that's pretty close to making it a decision.
