So the theory of, "not doing any work " is just incorrect. Many of these trucks pumping in epoxy/concrete.

Also, when they did the Seat selections, they even said 'Due to the large amount of construction, we almost didnt have the event for the seats!"

In mid December, I walked past there on a Friday night about 7pm on my way to the Full Shilling and they were doing work like crazy. There was still stuff going on when we left about 11.

It will be interesting to see if they are actually doing work to improve the place, or just bringing things up to code or making repairs to stop concrete from falling.

I think if frank confirms these guy have been working all hours (including Xmas eve, I saw) I think we now can confirm this is just not some regular maintenance.
