So I used some salad dressing I had in the fridge tonight.
It was unopened, Kraft Fat Free Italian.
After eating it I found out it was dated 12/2012.

Am I going to die?

Oil/Vinegar type dressings are great. I eat salad every day. Usually before the expiration date though.
