This guy's career has done a total 180. He was most known for a bit part in Dazed and Confused and for two-dimensional roles in shitty rom-coms. He was a running joke on Family Guy and now he's sweeping the awards for best actor. And he's got the new tv show where he's getting more praise for his acting. I never disliked the guy but it's just surprising how he's become this serious dramatic star. I think he's great on True Detective. Haven't seen Dallas Buyers Club.
