From my latest favorite thing to watch on Youtube...absolutely addicted to WatchMojo and their incessant pop culture top 10's. I don't agree with a lot of them and they take a lot of liberties with honorable mentions.

But this is great.

Yeah, Dennis Dugan, of course he sucks! He gave the partnership to Phil Richards! I mean the guy's...

he only really directed two pieces of shit movies. i'll forgive "revenge of the sith" but he did give us "thx-1138" and "american graffiti" as well as "a new hope".

he could be considered one of the worst *editors* of all time though.

Has Ron Howard ever made anything great?

M. Night Shyamalan, probably for sure.

Maybe even Michael Bay, definitely.

Michael Bay

Everything he touches, he turns to shet.

Ruined Nightmare on Elm Street and Texas Chainsaw. Made some stupid movie about a mist that had zombie pirates.

 ok, someguy. we get it. i'm a film snob. jesus.

anyway, you know what...actually, i won't say it "sucked" but the most disappointing film i've ever seen from spielberg is "lincoln". it's so sophomoric, pandering and patronizing bordering on obsequious that i really resented the way he depicted that whole story. there was a better way of doing that, and a better way of honoring the beginning of the civil rights movement.

Crystal Skull might be the most disappointed in a movie I've ever been in my whole life.

Totally agree. It COULD have been cool and fun and stuff, even with Shia....but they tossed it into the nostalgia drenched crap hole.

Shia didn't kill it for me. Lucas and Speilbergo did. Aliens? Cute little monkeys? Heros tarzaning across the trees? THE LEAD LINED REFRIGERATOR? No. No. Awful. Bad awful bad man bad.

I am with you on all of that.

It was also the "he he he, look, Indian Jones is really old so lets make jokes all the time about it!"

Again, could have been awesome.

Exactly. That's the disappointment. Never will look at a movie by these idiots the same again. When you see some of the goofball ideas they had... for example, evil crazy nazi Toht was supposed to have a laser eye and a bionic arm. Thank god they didn't do that because that would have ruined Raiders. It was great he was just a bald, sadistic nazi fuck.
