Ok, well i might take a beating for this but i got my fiance involved in fantasy football last year for a couple reasons.

First of all and most important, when i sit in front of the TV at the crib or bar she let's me because she has interest in her team members so we watch more football because she has a rooting interest in certain games.

And B, if she wins (3rd last year) that improves my odds of her being happy and spending the money on me. But probably shoes or clothes.

I understand what you're saying, but as Hawk would say..."nnno"

But if she is already into sports why does it matter? FF is fun, so if she is into it, why not? But you are right- the winnings will go towards shoes and purses, you won't see a dime. Just don't let her beat you....

When I win in fantasy football, I take my fiance out to eat and maybe get her flowers or perfume or something. This way she lets me watch football all the time because I tell her every week that "my guy is in this game and i need to win this week" whether I have a guy playing or not.

Last year when i won we went out to dinner. She wasn't in love with football but now that she is involved she is more inclined to sit and watch then plan to do something else.

Maybe you could go clothes shopping with Dusty Dvoracek though which would be...fun.

I should go to Sport Clips and a tatoo parlor with Dusty Dvoracek. It would be a productive trip for him.

He can't get haircuts. He's too much of a motor guy and his motori-ness prevents him from sitting still long enough.

But then he won't get the hot towel tratment sniff sniff.
