I get out of shape every fall and winter but then I work my ass back into elite shape before the summer. I've been pretty consistent with this the past few years. This is something I would love to do.

I'll have to take a pass on this. It goes against my current "Commitment to Failure".

I would be down if I didn't live far far away. How much running is involved in this? If it were a 5k amount mixed in with all the obstacles it would be perfect...10k is way too much running IMO.......and they better have kegs at the finish. I did the Sycamore 10k this year and you better believe they had a tent of kegs at the finish.

I've got friends who do this every year. You have to be in GREAT shape to do this event. I seriously doubt there are even 2 posters at this site in good enough shape to get halfway through, let alone finish.

Going out for a couple jogs and a few trips to the gym aren't enough to get you ready for this.


Don't embarrass yourselves, stick to what you are good at, aggressive multing and poll creating.
