You will scoff at this but there were paczkis at Jewel today. I thought of you and TM.

I supplement some "juices" with my regular food intake. I don't actually have a juicer but i have a vitamix and i just puree the fuck out of a lot of vegetables and fruits. You waste a lot of stuff when you just use a juicer.

If you do the actual juice fast/diet you supposedly piss non stop.

She's not calling the shots but she is playing me. She knows I find it difficult to turn down a challenge.

Day 1

Drink 1- some kind of spicy lemonade crap with lemon, apple, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Isn't that Robin Quivers famous juicing drink? It doesn't taste horrible.

I just noticed that the whole thing is about 1,250 calories which obviously is a small enough amount to make you lose weight each day. I believe a 1,000 calorie deficit equals 1 pound.

Anyway like Michael Sam says, bottoms up!

It's not.

Start with a liver cleanse. You cn see the actual stones that reside in your liver.

I'd rather use a fat cleanse and finally see the stones that reside in my sack

I'm trying to divide this up evenly in the day so I am going to go ahead and chase the first one with the second one

Drink 2- this looks like some kind of citrus mixture. They call it Liquid Love. I hope it doesn't shoot all over my face when I open the cap

It looked a little doughy.

1200 calories is nothing. Good to know you can't turn down a challenge.

Drink #3- sweet baby jesus save me from this. Beet juice with cucumber and apple. I don't think I can stick with this any longer. Beet juice? I believe they stopped serving that to prisoners as it was deemed cruel and unusual. Who is drinking this shit regularly enough that it is for sale on the market.

If I were doing this on my own I would stop immediately. I bet my Eastern European forefathers drank beet juice and liked it. Here's to you, my beloved relatives.

Drink #6 just exploded. Apparently there was something to the opinion that it wasn't fresh. What do they put in this thing that would make it explosive. Anyway, I'll finish up through the day with #5 and call it. I can't say I'm disappointed.

Still, this is now something I have to do.

i doubt theres anything wrong with the drink (besides the taste), your body just isnt adjusted to digest it. it takes days/weeks

as far as the taste, if it tastes bad youre doing it wrong. find better combinations. i have had beets, carrots, celery, broccli and apples all mixed together and it was the best tasting juice i have ever had, without question. its all about how much of each veggie you use, and dont mix too many veggies with fruits, unless its green veggies. greens go with everything.

I'm not quitting. The biggest drink of the group literally exploded out of a capped bottle. I'm going as far as I can and I've already told my wife to order up some new stuff because it's still game on.

Consider this a rain delay

No, it literally exploded. Cap off, juice everywhere. They call that one Winter Nog. I don't see why it would have exploded. I know it's a little past due but it shouldn't become weaponized.

So I finished off the beet juice.

I used the bathroom. It looked like the women's toilet at a senior prom for high risk teens.

You know you really need some help. A regular psychiatrist couldn't even help you. You need to go to like Vienna or something. You know what I mean? You need to get involved at the University level. Like where Freud studied and have all those people looking at you and checking up on you. That's the kind of help you need. Not the once a week for eighty bucks. No. You need a team. A team of psychiatrists working round the clock thinking about you, having conferences, observing you, like the way they did with the Elephant Man. That's what I'm talking about because that's the only way you're going to get better.
