Fuckin' A Right! Some candied walnuts, goat cheese, a nice balsamic reduction, a little snipped thyme. That's some solid repast. They do tend to stain things, though. Cutting boards, linen, interoffice birthday cards, etc.

You are supposed to wash them first.

Pickled beets are fantastic. They're gonna take over the world once parsnips let their guard down.

another myth, especially when juicing. almost all veggies have protein, and some like broccoli and cauliflower have a lot. and most people eat more protein then they need anyway.

Throw some cottage cheese in the mix and I'm all over it.

Ok so I dipped my toe in the water with this over the weekend. Tried a couple recipes that came with the Nutri bullet. Mostly "green " smoothies with some fruit to cut the taste. LAst night I woke up with some of the most horrific stomach cramps Ive ever had. Ive had salmonella poisoning before ( Thanks Burger KIng) and these cramps were right on par with it. Thought maybe we had gotten some bad steaks from Marianos as that was what we ate earlier. Could the kale, spinach, etc in the smoothies be causing this? Went number 2 couple times since and while the cramping isn't as bad, it still comes and goes. Anyone experience something similar to this?

Kale could be the cause of that.

I've been dominating Kale, Spinach, Cucumber, apple and carrot shakes for weeks now and I definitely haven't experience that. In fact I have some in the fridge now that I am going to get after. This batch is heavy on the Kale.

Plain old iceberg lettuce gets me like this all the time. Spinach and kale, not so much.

Damn, that would have been a great idea. Michael Jordan doing a mult of Scottie Pippen talking like Michael Jordan. Might have been hard to setup the concept, though.
