They really need to change these laws. You shouldn't be charged with distributing child pornography for posting a nude photo of YOURSELF online. I don't think it should necessarily be legal for a minor to do that, but there needs to be a lesser charge/penalty.

A lot of 'Almost Famous' was based on Zeppelin. They refused to play in a thunderstorm for crowd safety and a shoddy stage set up, which is what Russel's electrocution and gate crashing scene was based on. Robert Plant was the one who screamed he was a golden god, but it was from his hotel balcony. Landing/flying thru a tunderstorm really did happen to them while they were en route from their base hotel in LA to a concert in Vegas. Penny and Russel holed up in his hotel room is what really happened between Lori & Jimmy.

Your link also leaves out some critical issues. Jimmy actually called the girls parents to ask her out, and nobody believe it was him so they kept hanging up the phone. I know it sounds bad, but I believe his story. It checks out. He was fighting against the stuff and signed up for the site, in his own name, to get evidence.

If you care enough, look into it.

I don't recall him ever claiming that the stuff just appeared on his PC. He admitted he went to the site(s) and that he was looking things up for research or whatever.
