On today's show, Matty will continue his downward spiral by making snide comments and "playing dumb" with Bernstein. In short, he will make it all about him, as usual. If he can leave his mic off for 30 minutes, the boys will hopefully have time to do Who ya Crappin.

Back to Matty, since it's obvious that he's beloved around the Score hallways, our only hope for him to be gone at this point is for Les to retire and somehow Abbattacola to get the overnight job.

Don't listen. This show is not worth your time anymore.

Abbattacola is fine by me. There are those on the midday show supporting cast who I think would improve the quality of their show by chiming in less, but Abbattacola is good to hear.

Drinky is now my most disliked Score employee. Mully and Hanley have better jokes. I'd rather hear Kerry Sayers do updates. He's just awful.

I'd like to hear it. He contributes nothing of substance and detracts from the on-air quality whenever he speaks.

Abbattacola is terrible. All radio personalities have qualities I don't care for, but they also have redeeming qualities. Drinky has none. He has never, ever, ever had a good thought about anything. And that in and of itself (while bad) isn't even the worst part. It's how he tries to portray his views like a petulant child. I don't think he even believes them. He just thinks it's his responsibility to challenge Bernstein or something. Terrible.

I usually can't even figure out what his point is. It's either a bad thought or bad satire or a bad combination of both of them.

Right. I don't understand how you can constantly be in that mode. It's quite something. Nobody is saying you have to be serious all the time. Even Bernstein isn't. It's fine to be a goof.

But with him, in that brain of his, he thinks it's "ass hat" and "stupid" time every time he cracks the mic. Part of me thinks it's his way of protesting his position at the Score. His way of bitching about not advancing like he once thought he would.

Knowing he has a weak boss in Mitch and knowing that his position as Bernstein's errand boy is secure, he's gonna continue to behave this way. Wouldn't be accepted anywhere else. Mac wouldn't accept it if he were his producer. Any other radio station in America wouldn't allow him to behave this way.

I used to be a Drinky guy, too, up until recently. He's been bad the last couple of years. Like worse than Finfer bad. He's not as douchey as Finfer but he's not far behind. I don't know what happened to Matt. Angry that Goff got out and he didn't? Unhappy in his domestic life? Mid-life crisis?

Mac felt as if they were attacking him and Spiegs for enjoying the Bulls game Tuesday night. Danny said something like "no, enjoy it in the moment. Just don't make it a bigger deal than it is". Mac wondered "Who's doing that?" implying that he hasn't seen any of that. Danny pauses..."oh, people on Twitter".

The same people whose opinion doesn't matter and thus can't leave comments on his 'column'?

that whole exchange was bizarre. mac comes out of nowhere swinging haymakers, b&b say they weren't talking about him, then mac denied getting all excited about the bulls, which is exactly what he was doing yesterday. then b&B say bulls are hopeless and Mac goes silent for 5 minutes!

Dan doesn't even follow the average listeners on twitter. How would he know what the meatball fans are thinking?

Well, there are the mentions...I don't doubt he gets some messed up shit, and 'bad basketball thoughts', but they are indeed meatballs and not worth taking down friggin' daily.

He rarely does though. If you do the searches when he goes on a twitter rant its usually one or two people max.

I'm looking forward to next years MCL tear in October that will sideline him for the season. Even though its a two month injury.

So the best thing you can say about Abbatacola is that he's not McKnight. And probably the best thing you can say about McKnight is that he's not Abbatacola. I've never really listened to Connor so I cant say one way or the other, but I don't think it's really even possible to make a sincere, legit case that drinky is a good host/update guy/producer. He's bad at every facet of the job.
