there's a song on Daft Punk's Random Access Memories called Giorgio by Moroder that he's on
he mainly is a producer and such though, i wonder what he's going to play live..if it's just going to be some kind of DJ mix ? should be interesting i think

i'm not really impressed by too many of the non-headliners so far except for Slowdive, that will be good

but you're right, 2nd round should be better. still holding out for Washed out and Janelle Monae....

i am in that group
i bought the CD back in the day (In the Aeroplane), listened to it a few times, never grabbed me

but yeah...people are crying, having religious experiences..i don't get it

but i will say the reviews of their shows have been very good, they appear to be a very technically sound band and that album utilized a lot of odd instrumentation which apparently they do reproduce live
i will probably stick around and watch it

I can say with 100% certainty, I have never heard of any of these groups.

the best thing i have seen at Pitchfork- or any other fest of any sort- last year they had a pack of bacon. Just 4 strips of bacon in a sleeve for like 3-4$

the shit was like crack...it had some kind of brown sugar or sweetness to it, and it was thick cut.....unreal that stuff
