Soap too.

Just rinse yourself with hot water and you're good.

Also, the episode yesterday with Jim Jeffries was a classic. That guy is funny as hell

Shampoo, rinse, repeat is totally unnecessary. I gave up shampooing on a daily basis years ago.

You guys are some smelly motherfuckers.

Soap, shampoo, etc. acts as an emulsifying agent - thereby breaking the bonds of dirt and oil so such particles can be removed from the skin. Leaving them on clogs pores and invites staph and other infections to live in paradise on the surface of the skin.

I still use shampoo and soap, but did you rip that right from a Loreal commercial?

The thinking is, the body is better at self cleaning then shampoo. You start using shampoo and you become dependant on it and your body overcompensates by restoring the oils that were never suppposed to be washed away in the first place

Here's the Today show segment with the woman who hasnt used shampoo in 5 years

Eeew. I bet her pussy looks and smells like a fuckin' crime scene, too.

All reports are the hair smells fine and it certainly looks normal.

Id figure you'd be the kind of guy to be on board with this (questioning what THEY tell us)
