Its just crazy I mean we bend over backwards to make sure we got all our stickers, pass all the emissions tests, have your insurance and your license current and got people like this rolling around with no worries

Probably illegal though . I have quite a bit of experience with both legal and illegal immigrants. The ones that go thru the proper channels to be here are a lot less likely to risk throwing away that status with stupidity like driving with no insurance license and leaving scenes of accidents

My friends who are cops in Chicago are told not to arrest or pull over people driving without a license or insurance in their district. Not worth the paperwork and time.

Somebody had to have seen it, taken picts/video, something. I saw a pedestrian get hit, pulled over, and called the police a while back. Took a couple pictures and went on my way.

Hope nobody was hurt.
