Any chance that the very important thing that happened in sports last night that was handled very well was Dale Jr. winning his 2nd Daytona 500?

Agreed. The Yankees extension of Gardner oozed of dignity and class.

Neither. It's about Jamal Crawford scoring 36 off the bench to beat OKC. Another 6th man award is in the distance.

I apparently missed Stoney on with B&B. Did it turn into the fight I'm hoping it would? Stoney hate of the Cubs versus B&B's love?

If it was the first hit with him last week, Stoneage was actually quite complimentary of the Cubs . Says theres a ton of talent in the pipeline and while its not going to happen this year, he thinks in 2015 they're going to have one helluva offense.

What Dale Jr, Jason Day, and Victor Dubuisson did were the most important feats that took place this weekend, and this show will probably spend 30 seconds talking about them. Most overrated show on the air.

Should have had a 4-point play too.

That's good stuff. My gay cousin loves Mike Ditka. He's gonna be upset to learn he's a homophobe

I agree with Larry. Who cares is the real opinion that most of America has.

I think a guy being attracted to a another guy is gross BUT I feel the same about guys who think Kim Kardashian has a nice ass.
It has no impact on me so big deal.

The fact that Dan gets so upset that MOST people ARE NOT outraged makes that the great step for gay rights.

Anyone surprised these dopes were wrong about the number of times the Sox sacrifice bunted last year? Anyone? Anyone? Didn't think so.

How'd Dan explain this one? Especially because the Bulls have a yell-y coach who, well, um...

It was pretty funny last year probably due to DiAza they assumed that they were always doing it. I remember them getting on Robin.

Agreed with some emailer that said those people supporting Boeheim are the same ones that don't want to shower with gay guys or something like that. Can't remember exactly. That was a couple beers ago.

Jesus H. Christ on a popsicle stick, that's perhaps one of the worst renditions - done on purpose - I've ever heard.

That crack about race fans not even smart enough to know they were showing a replay would be funny. If it was not Rozner and cast on the air at same time told me the race restarted like 3 times becasue they also saw replay on.

I haven't listened much since the end of last year. This is atypical behavior for me. My hiatuses from this show would normally last a few weeks. I can't take Beerstain anymore. I'd rather listen to my mother and my worst ex-girlfriend bitch at me 24/7 for a month straight. There's too many other options for entertainment out there on the internet and in the podcast format. Sports radio can only excel if the hosts can entertain you. The information I can get anywhere else with less hassle. Dan is not as entertaining as he used to be. He sucks the enjoyment out of sports. He wants it cold, analytic, restrained, and sterile. Everything must be rationalized. It's like he has forgotten what it was like to enjoy sports. He doesn't remember how to let go and loose yourself in the emotion.

I agree with you. Most of them think they are better than the sports they cover.

Will Dan point out that anyone attending the 'Hawks/Penguins game (Saturday's high is 19) is an idiot, like he does for those attending frigid Bears games? Or does this game not apply, since the Score is doling out free tickets?

19? I guess the polar vortex came in handy. I was a little worried the March 1st game would be a slushfest.
