Okay I guess Versteg realized he has to actually show up and play this time if he does not want to be shipped out again.

Dude has 8 goals / 14 assists since the trade.

He's not very consistent, but they've gotten what they expected out of him I reckon.

Hadn't seen the others.

I don't understand why they don't have him and Milbury together at all times. It gets a lot more interesting when they bicker.

And there they were.

That was fun to watch. The weather affected the game just like it does when a football game is played in the snow - and those are fun to watch too. Great atmosphere.

That was a great game and awesome television. Love the outdoor games under the lights. Keep them coming NHL.

Also loved the overhead camera angle. Great vantage point to see plays develop when teams are in the offensive zone. Though, not the best angle to use when trailing the action.

I thought the overhead camera was by far the best angle all night.

But I didn't play club hockey at a central Illinois college so I'm probably wrong.

That was probably the most dominant I've seen the Hawks this season.

Hawks offense now averaging 2 goals a game over their last four games!

No, my companion was a girl. Catholic and a Sox fan, too, go figure. The heart wants what it wants.

Uh, that's some pretty specific info there, hoss.

My companion and I went past the same fat guy in a Brooks Orpik fauxback sweater like five times, which was a little weird.

Why was that so weird? The Hawks went past the real Brooks Orpik twice that many times tonight.

Orpik goes forward/backward almost as well as I do and I suck at that.

Just think, that basically qualifies you to play for the USA olympic team.

The biggest crowd was an USC ND game
