I read your comment as excusing it. That's the way it comes off, like an excuse.
Fact is, cops aren't cops because they were Honor Roll Students their whole lives. The job attracts bullies. That's not to say that there are not good cops or nice guys who are sincere and want to help. But like I said, the job attracts bullies. Those guys in HS who were picking on the smaller kids and never learned anything that would help them make a living.
