Nice.

I hope this patent suit doesnt completely take over the show now. Its interesting to a point.

Carolla's having a streak of bad-luck with lawsuits.

Ozzie? and his wife are suing Carolla b/c starting the podcast company was Ozzie's idea. I guess that's why
the name changed from 'ACE Broadcasting' to 'Carolla Digital'. I think there's another suit from them for slander or something, with Carolla counter-suing.

And now his 'Catch a Contractor' show is getting hit with a $2.8 mil lawsuit:
