Mac also pointed out that Matt Bowen is not a "contributor", he is an employee of the station. Got to be honest - Bowen has been a tough listen lately because of that LoHo film room stuff.

oh yeah hey despite the current of the board, i, for one, like the fantasy football segment/s. i don't care if it's charch or whoever, i love hearing about fantasy football trends, possible pickups, and even listening to people's "who to start/bench" questions as i gleam some insight that i can use to my own fantasy football empire*.

* = to disclaim, i tend to have about 4-6 fantasy football teams every year so yeah, i've always got a bunch of choices to make and if i know charch/fantasy-football is coming on at 12pm on thursdays i make it a point to listen for that, if not check the podcast later. i'm also a longtime listener to fantasy football island, or fantasy football today or whatever they call the show without harry. adam harris is a good dude on the other side of things.... they've even let me sit on hold til they go off air so adam will spend ~2 mins talking with me about moves. good people.

so yeah dont mind these haters, as a fantasy football empire-builder i can tell you that having a proper 15-20 min segment on it is a-ok by me and something that i literally turn on the radio to hear, and there's gonna be more and more people like me going forward, despite the best efforts of FOTStein to tell us to shut up and watch football only at home because only losers morons and idiots go to the game and then check their fantasy football empires on their phones in the precious remaining minutes b4 kickoff.

and i can't wait to do that another ~3-4 times next year @ bears games. shomer domingo, yall!
