I tried it at Binny's. Not bad. The girl was really cute.

George: What about the skin? I need a good cheek, I like a good cheek.

Jerry: She's got a fine cheek.

George: Is there a pinkish hue?

Jerry: A pinkish hue?

George: Yes, a rosy glow.

Jerry: There's a hue. She's got great eyebrows, women kill to have her
eyebrows.

George: Who cares about eyebrows? Is she sweet? I like sweet. But not too
sweet, you could throw up from that.

Jerry: I don't think you'll throw up. *She* likes to throw up.

Just saw this...

Quote:
Snake Venom, The ‘World’s Strongest Beer’ Boasts a 67.5% ABV
by Justin Page at 2:50 pm on October 28, 2013

Scottish brewery Brewmeister released Snake Venom, which they describe as “the world’s strongest beer.” It boasts an impressive 67.5% ABV (alcohol by volume), which is very high considering beers are typically under ten percent. Just last year Brewmeister created the Armageddon, their previous strongest beer, which contained 65% ABV. Snake Venom is available to purchase online and ships internationally from The Real Ale Company.

Contains special ingredients to achieve such a high volume of alcohol including smoked peat malt and two types of yeast: beer yeast and champagne yeast.

Unlike Armageddon, Snake Venom is not designed to mask the taste of the alcohol. The alcohol is very strong but the beer still tastes like a beer rather than a spirit. It’s hoppy, malty and very pleasant.

Snake Venom is so strong that we have put a warning label on the neck of the bottle warning drinkers to beware.

Anyone had this, or something comparable? Haven't read this entire thread, so my apologies if it's been covered. I think the highest ABV beer I've had was like 17%. I would try this though.

I haven't even heard of this. How much does one bottle cost?

The strongest beer that I have had is the Sam Adams Utopia. The ABV of that is around 25%.

Z -

we had lunch at the Bad Apple today. Not only do they have Mead, but they offer "flights" of it. You're the only person I know that drinks that stuff. Thought you might be interested.

Oh man, hysterical.

We went there to eat food and drink beer. All sorts of crazy stuff. Doesn't hurt that it's across the street from Half Acre.

Dogfish Head Piercing Pils. Chicory Stout is one of my all timers so I thought I would give this a try. I liked it. Sweet to start with a bitter end. Interesting.

Central Waters Bourbon Barrell stout. Drinking this right now. This is good. Pretty boozy.

I like the Piercing Pils ( and a lot of DogFish Head's stuff), but Chicory Stout is way too much for me.

Enjoying a Half Acre Heyoka for the Hawks game tonight.

I had some Ithaca Beer Company Flower Power IPA on tap a few weeks ago and really enjoyed its assertive but not overwhelming grassy and piney flavor profile. Based on that experience, I bought a 6-pack and have been pretty disappointed. Maybe I got a bad batch.

Incidentally, if any of you ever come across the Maine Beer Company's Lunch IPA, buy as much of it as you possibly can. It is one of the best IPAs to be found anywhere.
