Inspired by good dolphin's story about his second place $9K bid for George Wendt

Who would you take to a game (living or dead) and why?

alive and/or dead? I mean, not like the corpse, but do we have a time machine?

I would take Jason Goff to a game so I can hear more Sini stories.

Yes, Dead or Alive. You can take Bea Arthur, if you want

I'd take Dan Bernstein to a mandingo fight.

I'd take Abe Lincoln, ask him questions for three hours and then write a book. Assuming Jesus is unavailable of course.

Living, hmmm. Tough one. Not really interested in anyone in particular. The Pope. Not Don Pall.

Don Pall is a distant cousin of mine. Nice guy.

That's a toss up. Either Vin Scully to a Cubs vs. Dodgers game as a personal announcer or my Grandfather to the Stanley Cup winner in 2010.

I'd take either Costanza or Eaglo because it looked so pleasant sitting there with another dude drinking wine at a baseball game

I would like to take Tom Ricketts back in time to a 1967 Cubs game

and leave him there!

I'd take Jimmy Page to some sort of sports game because its Jimmy freakin Page.

If it had to to be a sports guy, I'd take Gary Player to the Masters. Not only would it be at one of the most beautiful courses on Earth, I would pick his brain as much as I could about the game. The stories he has would be awesome.

I would think it would be great to take the inventor of a sport to a present-day event for that sport. Can you imagine taking James Naismith to a present-day basketball game? Just would be awesome to see his reaction, either positive or negative, to how a simple game has evolved.

Why do have to make me admit so many times that I am poor? You 1%ers aren't happy enough and your need to mock the rest of us. A storm is coming

I'd take RFDC to a Purdue/Indiana game, and then have my Purdue friends beat him with a sack full of pennies.

If RFDC was unavailable, Kirkwood would be a good substitute.

To a Sox game, quite naturally. Hopefully, in Jerry's seats.

As someone who lost their Dad at a very young age (or he ran away and Mom was just being nice) I'd choose him.

Same here plus my Dad both where big Cubs fans.

Historical personage would be Frank Sinatra to a ball game, just for the stories and being around arguably the coolest cat ever

His wife and her family are friends of our family. My Dad worked for her Dad for 20 years.

I'd take Theo back to the 2012 season and tell him to scout Edwin Jackson for a year and get back to me.
