These are Gypsies who are uneducated people that have stealing from people in there blood. Gypsies train there kids to steal...its inbread in there backwards culture. Go on youtube and type gypsies stealing...some nice security cam footage.

When I worked in retail 15 yrs ago selling shoes there was a gypsy family they called themselves the 'Millers' ...Gypsy's take on common American names so if they get caught its harder to find a record of there true identity. This family would come with 5 kids 3 woman and 2 males all at the same time and they would ask for literally 100+ pairs of shoes for there 5 kids making you go back and forth they open the boxes of shoes and throw them all over the place so you have no idea what belongs to what which is part of there diversion to steal shit. This 'family' never would buy anything but would ask you to bring out 100's of pairs of shoes so they can steal the ones they want and by the time your done cleaning up the boxes of shoes you find there are many missing. Its really said and fucked up the gypsy culture....there nomads by nature and uneducated thieves!

My all time favorite gypsy move is to walk up to you in Rome talking loudly and throw their child into your arms. Then they rifle your pockets before grabbing the child back and moving on.
