I had a buddy this sort of happened to. Parents not supposed to be home for a while, they are on the couch fooling around. Parents walk in and the girl immediately shoved him off and said "Stop it!!" Guy ran out the back door in his boxers with the father in hot pursuit. You just dont think rationally in the moment...

Pretty much impossible to prove though. So I guess what I mean lying is not something that will get her in legal trouble in this situation

Can one of the lawers clarify if a minor can legally "invite" someone into their home? If someone was going to rob a house can they ask a 10 year old to come in and then only be charged with theft and not breaking and entering?
