Notice I didn't say the best because everyone's opinion is different. These are the 10 I consider the best.....

Tier 1:
Game of Thrones
Walking Dead
Had to to put these two at the top by themselves since I look forward to them the most of any tv show

Tier 2:
The Returned
The Americans
Justified
Homeland
Boardwalk Empire
The Returned could move up, but I've only seen 3 episodes so far. Americans is probably the best under the radar show out there. Homeland and Boardwalk had great seasons. Justified is consistently great every year, best dialogue on tv

Tier 3:
Shameless
House of Cards
Orange is the new Black
House and Orange could be on the way up, Shameless might be faltering a little with this season's extremely dark turn

Honorable Mentions:

Mad Men (a great second half of the last season didn't quite make up for the previous year and a half which kept it out of my top 10)
Orphan Black (great BBC drama about clones)
The Blacklist (each episode is riveting, need to learn more about overarching storylines though)
True Detective (great buildup, but half ass finale and lack of resolution dropped it down imo)

So what's your list?

Mad Men. Sure some of last seasons episodes weren't the best, but it finished strong.

The Blacklist. This show has replaced Breaking Bad as my favorite. Spader is great. I am in love with Lizzy.

Crisis. Premier was Sunday night & it was great. I'll be back for week 2.

I don't think there are 10 TV shows that I watch regularly, let alone dramas.

I rarely watch dramas. That show Resurrection on ABC is pretty good. It has the dad from That 70s Show. I also like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., even though it could probably be better.

Yep, I should've added Arrow to my honorable mentions list. Its been very good.

I never saw Rectify, but I heard its really good.
