Like I keep saying, there's no game the Hawks can't lose. They packed it in after Hartnell tied the game and got straight-up dominated for about 55 minutes. Game should have been about 7-2 Flyers by my count. Just an awful game.

Asskicking notwithstanding, Wayne Simmonds is the player I wish Bryan Bickell could be.

0-7 in five-minute four-on-four, 5-8 in the shootout. Even if Raanta stopped Giroux, they'd have lost in the shootout anyway, where Raanta is downright loathsome.

Think they can get that #1 seed? I'd imagine they'd have to get 2 points in 8 out of the final 14 games to make up the ground.
