Spent two months there back when Harrah's/Player's was being built (now a Hollywood). Not only do I concur, but they ahve the shittiest excuse for what they call ''pizza'' this side of Ohio. Having said that, going down there in June to see Tommy Emmanuel at the Shelton, then taking the wife to the St. Charles walking mall area the next day.

I was there in October of '03. I was in a bar in STL for the Bartman game. Most miserable couple days of my life. Thank god in heaven I was working 12 hour days and getting drunk the other 12 hours. And a bit of sleeping. Stl has no redeeming qualities other than the goddamn city limits when you're leaving.

Those of you who are ready to jump off a bridge when the Blackhawks don't win every game crack me up. The Hawks are still the deepest & the most talented team in the NHL, & they have a coach who is a master. Kane is out for 2-3 weeks but the Hawks are fine. The sky isn't falling.
