I think bigfan is fair to still be upset with certain individuals. They actively attempted to destroy a board he spent years building up and spent a lot of money on.

Now, I know the standard "Hey, it was just a bunch of guys who wanted to get together and start a new board and invite some people and disallow others and it's ok that they copied the exact format and created a long standing rift between many people and they weren't really trying to hurt bigfan at all because they were sad that bigfan was mad that he was planning an actual event and the constant interference in it by guys who were never going to attend got too much for him".

There are multiple ways that any of those guys could make apologies that would reach here. For the record, I don't know of a single person who has done so that was involved in it. However, bigfan, the one who was treated worse than anyone here, should in your words "get over it".
