looks like a lefty lineup... and sure enough, Liriano on the rubber.

This Renteria guy has an edge to him. Nobody in RF, I like it. Catch 'em off guard.

Is Barney going to be the everday guy at 2B or is he and Valbuena going to platoon?

You've inspired me to find a nearby tavern with a TV in it, most of them have that these days, to catch the first part of the game.

The color guy in the radio booth has a bad voice....I could handle him for a 20 minute sports interview. However for an entire season, wow, I am not so sure.

I'm watching it on ESPN so don't feel bad.

I always felt that WGN radio did a great job with Cubs games. Typically the broadcasts are fun even in many bad seasons. But Moreland was bad, so I guess this broadcast will rely on Pat's excellence.

Moreland was bounced. Coomdog is in now. He's good.

Not a real good AB by Rizzo. Swinging out of his shoes with 2 strikes and a runner on second.

Kirk, you like the sound of Ron's voice? A little high, slightly whiney.

I loved Pat and Ron. Pat knew exactly how to handle him.

I meant Ron Coomer.

Agree all the way Nas on Santo. Santo sucked, but Pat was a perfect partner for him and made it fun.

The lack of hillbilly is much appreciated. Anything is an improvement over goober Moreland.

Ok gotcha, lesser of two evils. His voice tone is just too high.

Anthony Rizzo diving back from a called strike down Main Street is like Cubs baseball 2014 in one pitch.

I don't think one batter has made contact with a Liriano changeup.

I've always like him on MLB the Show, he can play a number of positions adequately and steal a few bags. Button 48

He's a pretty nifty little player IRL too, good pickup.
