I tip my cap to those that "go" to opening day but my group got so tired of the cold weather that about 10 years ago we agreed that we'd only go in to the game (easy to get tickets) if it wasn't at least high 50's.
After a few years of realizing what a cool time opening day outside Wrigley is I think the criteria is now 85 and sunny with no more than a slight breeze.

We've even got a ...gasp... Sox fan friend that has stoppped taking off work for Sox opening day and goes to the Cubs.
Doesn't make him any less a Sox fan...just makes him a smart single guy with plenty of disposable income.

I realize the above plays into what Rocco from Alsip hates about Cubs fans but I'm good with that.
