I'm not convinced it's in English.

Two more. These don't fall into the same category as the first one, but I've had these on my phone for a while and keep forgetting to post them. I also had one of a guy whose license plate says "Cutler 6" but can't find it.

On his way to Cooper's Hawk. Probably wearing flip flops and a ball cap.

I think he was presuming it was Mr. Spaulding's van ... one of them anyway ...

I would bet that the owner of that car didn't watch a single Hawks game before 2009-10.

Spalding....why the minivan hate? This opinion by many puzzles me.

I'm taller so I'm comfortable and the kids love it. And folding 3rd row seats help for hauling.

Would you drive a Tahoe, Suburban or one of the giant SUV's before you would a minivan?

No. I hate big, cumbersome cars. The biggest I think I could drive would be a Highlander or Volvo XC90. The convenience of a minivan is nice but yuck. They are just so ugly.

I drive a small 4 door sedan. When we went looking about 7 years ago the Honda Accords were too big. Hopefully my next car (in 10 years probably) will be a convertible.

Back when I was in the speaker business one of my main competitors was an outfit out of New York called Pyramid. It was run by Orthodox Jews and the head guy was named Ziggy. I had built this '59 ambulance/hearse with an associate named Joe as a display vehicle. It looked like the Ghostbusters car except ours was called "Ghostblasters". It had six 18" woofers in it among other things. It was coated in phosphorous paint so it glowed in the dark. When I drove it off the trailer at CES in Las Vegas people lined up and stared.

Image

Ziggy was jealous as fuck so he hired the two guys who helped build the car, Mike Allen and Steve Baskins, to build a display vehicle for Pyramid. Allen and Baskins were two hillbillies and Ziggy and his minyan arrived in Kansas City to discuss the project with them on Shabbos. They took the boys to lunch at Pizza Hut. Allen was flabbergasted that the Jews refused to share the meatlovers pizza he ordered.

They decided they were going to outfit a conversion van. During the project, Allen and Baskins became so disgusted with Ziggy they decided to take revenge. When our guy Joe was custom painting the solar system and Milky Way galaxy on the side of the van they had him include a hidden message in the tail of a comet. He put in the words "Blow Me '89". Allen, Baskins, and I always referred to the vehicle as the Pyramid Blow Me Van.

I saw this car driving down Golf Rd yesterday in Schaumburg. This person drives like a real jagoff too. They were weaving all throughout 3 lanes and cutting cars off. Definite tool, and an obvious Schaumburg citizen.
