One guy wanted to pay me 20 bucks to lift me over his shoulder and carry me, and maybe half-a-dozen smacked me in the back of my head and ran away. The costume was already onerous and uncomfortable, and these interactions would make me loopy for a minute or two.

I'm not sure why anyone would want a picture with this dope, but if you do take one, you should throw him a couple bucks. When I was out in Vegas my partner had me take a shot of him on the Strip with some bum and I had to make him go back and give the guy a fin.

It would be classic if the guy showed up pro se in the costume.

That letter alone cost MLB $1,000+. Simply filing the case with a companion restraining order should get them to $10K. Billy should just offer to be bought out. Then go and buy a different costume that wears a white with blue pinstripe jersey.
