You can Google up the name of the owner of MORNINGSTAR or what they do, even though I am sure some here are well versed on it, so you can ask them, but this is a picture of the house he is building.

It is built on 9 city lots and the estimate is that the home is 40,000 SF. I made it a little easier to show some how big the house is. If you had a 6,000 SF house, which is big, that would be about the size of the yellow circle portion of the house.

I would think thats the basic meaning of FU money, that the cost never matters, it's the outcome.
