I heard on ESPN yesterday that the Cubs are 0fer Yankee Stadium, new and old. Considering they have played there in the '32 and '38 WS, and that interleague play has been around since 1997, that's kind of amazing.

I will be hammering the Yankees in that first game and would advise you to do the same. Not a chance in the world Starlin didn't go out and get his rape on last night with a full day in NYC.

I think we would all agree that Tanaka hasn't seen a lineup this weak since he blew through Sakushin Gakuin High School in the Hookaido prefecture back in 02. His pitching lines are strikingly similar.

I think this Kalish experiment can end now. I would rather see what they have in Vitters than him. Vitters has been playing the OF anyways so it would be a seamless move. Both guys have been hurt a bunch but Kalish has been pretty awful since 2009/10 and Vitters has been pretty good in AA and AAA when healthy. You have this year to see if there is anything of use in this kid so why the hell not. This team could also use a right handed bat off the bench. Right now its 6 L and 6 R and 1 S. That is too balanced IMO.
