yea......this is quite the police force we have.

You would think they would have better things to do since we have a shooting every other day, but I guess not.

It's clear what happened here. A criminal was whacked out on enough dope to kill an elephant, and it caused him to viciously defile the name of a great man and leader. He got off easy. We're lucky he didn't kill or rape in his dope-fueled rage. I say hang him.
