It appears that he is but we've seen stranger things happen. The guy could be covering for a wife or girlfriend. I'm a pro life guy that is also pro death penalty. I just would prefer he get his day in court. After that do whatever you want to him.

I say this every time a death penalty issue comes up on the board but in situations like this reactions are like a glass. You can fill it full of emotion, or you can fill it full of intellect, but that glass only holds so much and you can fill it full of both. We should make our decisions when it comes to extinguishing a life based on reason and intellect. Not quick emotional responses. Look where a quick emotional response got the perp. Not always true. If someone took the life of my kids I am making that emotional decision and imagine you feel the same about DW. When the person isn't close to you it is a lot easier to step back and think clearly.
